Seeking Safety
Seeking Safety: Focused on individuals in recovery and/or those dealing with PTSD, this class provides education and practice in healthy coping strategies. Our aim is to support our community members as they navigate their personal journeys, equipping them with the skills to safely handle challenges and stressors on the road to wellness.
Building Bridges
A series of educational sessions covering a wide range of topics designed to empower individuals and improve the quality of their lives. From self-esteem workshops to communication skills, there’s something for everyone.
Housing Readiness
Our Housing Readiness program prepares individuals for independent living. We provide valuable information about renting, budgeting, and maintaining a home, equipping our participants with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Smart Recovery
The “SMART” in SMART Recovery stands for “Self Management And Recovery Training” and is the leading, evidence-informed approach to overcoming addictive behaviors and leading a balanced life. SMART Recovery is stigma-free and emphasizes self-empowerment.
NA (Narcotics Anonymous)
A supportive, non-judgmental environment where individuals struggling with substance abuse can share their experiences and support each other’s recovery journeys.
project.HEAL
An addiction recovery support group designed to provide a sense of community, encouragement, and practical strategies for individuals on the path to recovery.
Open Mic Night
Providing a platform for patrons to showcase their talents and connect with the community. This program celebrates individuality and fosters a supportive environment.
Food Savers
Teaching sustainable practices such as composting and food preservation techniques, this program supports self-sufficiency and environmental stewardship.
College and Career Readiness
Patrons who are looking to obtain their GED, prepare for college, or acquire career and skills training, our College and Career Readiness program is designed to support their educational and vocational goals.
Money Matters
Empowering our patrons with the knowledge to take control of their finances, our Money Matters course offers practical advice on budgeting, saving, and planning for a secure financial future.
Peer Support Group
Our Peer Support Group is a unique platform where individuals facing challenges such as homelessness and addiction can find camaraderie and encouragement. These sessions are facilitated by individuals who have walked a similar path and are now thriving. Their lived experiences allow them to provide authentic and relatable guidance. This safe, supportive environment promotes mutual understanding and inspires hope for a brighter future.
Meditation/Yoga
We offer a safe and serene space for individuals to practice mindfulness, reflection, and grounding. Our meditation and yoga sessions aim to alleviate stress and promote mental health.
